Cancellation Policy
💳 Deposits • $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required at booking. • No deposit = No appointment. • Deposit goes toward your total. • If someone books the same slot and sends their deposit first, that appointment is theirs 💯 ⏰ Late Policy • 10-minute grace period. • After 10 minutes = $15 late fee. • After 15 minutes = Appointment canceled. Deposit forfeited. 🔄 Rescheduling 🔄 Rescheduling • Must reschedule 24 hours before appointment. • Deposits can transfer ONE time only. • Same-day cancellations = deposit lost. ❌ No Shows • No call / No show = No future bookings. 👶🏽 Children • Please come alone unless being serviced. (I have a schedule to maintain and want to give you my full attention 💕) 💰 Payments • Remaining balance due at appointment. • Accepted: Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay (no personal checks).
